  • CTP claims / rehabilitation  for psychological injury arising from a motor vehicle accident

  • Formal Assessment Reports and Treatment Plans in the context of legal / court matters (e.g. charges of assault, larceny) i.e. Section 14 applications under the Mental Health & Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act (2020)

  • Disability Assessment Reports – assessment and recommendations

  • Authorized Visitor - NSW Trustee & Guardian – Needs Assessment Reports

  • Individual work with relationship, marital and family problems (involving parenting capacity & Family Law Court matters)  - please note that I do not offer couples counselling

  • Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation (excluding acute emergency situations) - management strategies

  • Advisory role / mental health advocacy re. NCAT - NSW Mental Health Review Tribunal & Guardianship Hearings

Fees & Rebates

The cost of a 55-minute session is $235 payable in full at the time of the consultation (note: this fee is substantially less than the current Australian Psychological Society recommended fee of $311 per session).

Telehealth sessions are also available (via zoom).

A referral is not necessary unless you want to access the Medicare Better Access Scheme, where, if you have a Mental  Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your treating doctor, you will receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 (the gap fee therefore is $93.15). As I do not process your fee through to Medicare at the time of the consultation, you will need to personally claim the rebate via the Medicare app (through My Gov) after the session. Please note that I do not bulk bill.

A MHCP currently allows for 10 sessions within a calendar year.

Some private health funds offer rebates with a clinical psychologist (no GP referral required).

Note: Non-attendance fees apply for cancellations without adequate notice.
